Quality control coupons are sprayed and tested as part of many arc spray restorations. A combination of layers can be utilized to provide customized protection for each individual application.



We first spray the substrate with a bond coat and then spray the surface with a stainless material. We then spray the hard material, a cost effective material that allows parts to last longer.
